The Tet Valley hosts the River Tet, as it flows from the scenic mountains in the west, to the Mediterranean Sea, near Perpignan (In French, Têt means Head).

The Tet Valley boast sunshine for over 300 days a year, and certainly this southerly region has a fantastic climate, whilst being fertile and green.The French Tet Valley claims the most sunshine within France, and is within the 66 department in the picturesque Pyrénées-Orientales, located in the southern most section of the Languedoc Roussillon region.

The Tet Valley starts to the north of Andorra, and hosts the River Tet, as it descends from the Pyrenean mountains and through the airport town of Perpignan and finishing near the sandy beach resort of Canet Plage on the Mediterranean Sea.

The Tet Valley is diverse, from the ever popular sandy beaches of the Mediterranean Sea to the east, through to the increasingly popular winter ski resorts of Font Romeu - Pyrenees 2000 and Les Angles to the west. The Tet Valley is in the heart of the Catalan region of south of France.
